I have been a customer for some time and have placed several orders with you\. However, with my most recent orders, there have been quite a few issues with the delivery company\. They have not been respecting the scheduled delivery times, which causes inconvenience and disruption to the daily life of the person receiving the package\. I also sent an email to Pure\-Oud regarding this matter but unfortunately did not receive any response\. I believe there should be a little more attention and consideration given to customers, especially when these kinds of issues occur.
